I started on the retail floor and worked my way through every part of the process: operations, systems, leadership, customer experience, and team dynamics. I didn’t wait for someone to hand me the blueprint, I asked questions, paid attention, studied the gaps, and learned how to build things that last.

That hands-on journey shaped the way I see business today. It gave me the ability to look at any operation and immediately recognize what’s misaligned, what’s missing, and what needs to shift to make things flow again.

But what I do isn’t just practical, it’s deeply spiritual.

God gifted me with the ability to see people, not just their roles or results, but their strengths, their gifts, and their potential.
